What is a corrugated box?
A corrugated box is a container made from sheets of packaging material known as corrugated cardboard. Due to its strength and durability, corrugated boxes are widely used for shipping large or heavy products. In fact, 95% of all shipped products in North America use corrugated material!
How do i know what style box i need?
Start with how the product will be packed, shipped, and opened, then match the box style to your process (hand-pack vs. automated), protection needs, and presentation. Tell us your product size/weight, how it ships (parcel vs. LTL), and any inserts or printing needs, and we’ll recommend the best style (like a standard RSC shipper, a mailer, or a die-cut fit).
How do i know what strength of corrugated i need?
Box strength depends on three things: product weight, how it’s shipped/stacked, and how rough the handling will be (parcel is usually tougher than pallet freight). We’ll help you choose the right board grade using ECT (stacking strength) or burst/Mullen (puncture resistance) so you’re protected without overpaying for extra strength you don’t need.
How soon could i get my order?
Most orders are ready within 2-3 business days. orders requiring new cutting/print dies may take a little extra time.
What are the receiving hours to pick up an order?
The All Star Corrugated office is open Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. shipping/receiving is open monday – Friday 6:00am – 3:00pm
